Data Collection & Purpose:

• Contact form submissions (Name, Email, Message parameters) used solely for answering engineering and sales inquiries.
• Local storage cookie flags for user interface preferences and session calibration.
• Encrypted Stripe payment checkout identifiers processed securely through third-party financial rails.

Availability & SLAs: We endeavor to maintain 99.99% system availability across all multi-tenant clusters. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via telemetry announcements 48 hours prior to deployment.

Recurring Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual cycle via Stripe payment links. Non-payment may result in temporary isolation of tenant schemas until financial calibration is restored.

FreshWebWave utilizes essential diagnostic cookies and browser local storage (`localStorage`) to remember your cookie consent preferences and maintain seamless session navigation across our armory loadout slots. No aggressive cross-site tracking cookies are deployed without explicit authorization.

Due to the specialized engineering hours and cloud infrastructure resources allocated during multi-tenant deployment, bespoke software setup fees are non-refundable once deployment begins.

Recurring monthly subscription plans can be cancelled at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation halts future billing cycles effective at the end of the current active paid period.
